Riders
No reckless riding anywhere at Field of Dreams. No wheelies or other stunts will be tolerated. NJ State Law dictates that there is NO RIDING IN THE PITS, other than to and from the track. Rider may ride, FIRST GEAR ONLY, to and from the main entrance of the tracks at no more than 5 MPH. All riders MUST obey the flaggers, EMTs and F.O.D. personnel both on and off Tracks. If you see a yellow flag, be cautious, slow down and NO JUMPING or ROOSTING in that section. Red flags mean exit the track from where you are located immediately. The Red Cross flag indicates medical personnel attending to a rider on the track; use extreme caution in that section and keep wheels on the ground.
Riders MUST RIDE WITHIN THIER PROPER CLASS! NJ State Law prohibits Big Bikes on the same track as little bikes. If a F.O.D. employee/volunteer believes that a rider is in the wrong class, the rider will be flagged off and classed up or down accordingly. Riders are only permitted to access the Tracks through the main access gate at the EMT canopy. Each rider must check in, show their properly assigned wrist band, and confirm their riding class on the corresponding track each and every time they enter the track.
Riders understand that they may be on the tracks with various skill leveled riders and that the tracks are constantly evolving and parts or whole sections may change from week to week, day to day, hour to hour, moto to moto etc. Riders must understand that there may be moving heavy equipment on the track at any given time and that Flaggers do not eliminate the dangers of motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side riding and/or racing. Activities at Field of Dreams are Motorsports related and therefore come with inherent risk, including injury, severe injury, or even death.
Please ride with caution and care remembering that we all started somewhere.. Please be courteous to riders, especially those who are less experienced than you.
Riders at Field of Dreams are required to wear the following gear:
- Helmet
- Chest Protector
- Goggles
- Boots
- Gloves
